Counsellor, counselling, talking therapy. Oxford and Fulham.
Welcome to my website,
If you are looking for a safe place, to talk about how you are feeling and what is going on in your life, have you considered counselling/talking therapy?
When you have problems or are distressed it can help to talk to a counsellor. A counsellor won't tell you what to do, or give advice, but can help you explore and reflect on your life and relationships to make your own choices.
I trained at a leading counselling training centre in the UK. Problems and distress in the present may be related to past experience and understanding this with the help of a counsellor can help you to develop your own choices and way forward.
Each therapy session takes place at a regular time each week for 50 minutes. I work on an open-ended basis or for an agreed number of sessions.
A preliminary session can help you to explore your needs and expectations and whether therapy could help you.
I practice in Oxford OX2 and also in Fulham, London SW6 which is close to the underground at Parsons Green.
Please contact me by phone or email to discuss this further.
