If you are looking for a safe place, to talk about how you are feeling and what is going on in your life, have you considered counselling/talking therapy?
When you have problems or are distressed it can help to talk to a counsellor. A counsellor won't tell you what to do, or give advice, but can help you explore and reflect on your life and relationships to make your own choices.
I trained at a leading counselling training centre in the UK. Problems and distress in the present may be related to past experience and understanding this with the help of a counsellor can help you to develop your own choices and way forward.
Each therapy session takes place at a regular time each week for 50 minutes. I work on an open-ended basis or for an agreed number of sessions.
A preliminary session can help you to explore your needs and expectations and whether therapy could help you.
I practice in Parsons Green, Fulham, London SW6 which is close to the underground at Parsons Green, and also in Victoria, Westminster, London SW1 which is close to both Victoria and St James's Park stations.
